It's controversial Friday and we're going to let the debate commence. How do you eat these particular foods? Warning, world war three may be upon us during this blog post!

So, there are two options when it comes to the triangle of delight. You can either get stuck in with the fingers and just grab a slice, no plate, no questions asked. On the other hand, are you that person who goes to Pizza Hut and uses a knife and fork because you're in public?
Memes appear all the time on this one. Do you put the milk in the bowl first or the cereal? Us personally, we have to put cereal in first and then milk! If you put milk in first then you may have judged the amount wrong. What is wrong with people?!
Here in the UK, we're all for a good cuppa. However, no matter what, there will always be controversy when it comes to whether you take sugar or not. No sugar = just drinking hot water. Sugar = sweet overdose that is unbearable. I'll take two sugars please and a splash of milk. Let's not talk about the people who have zero milk, how? Who cares if you have a baked Gookie Dough cookie to dunk!?

When piling your spag bol on your plate, you're either a mixer or a pourer. In other words, do you need to mix all of the spaghetti with the sauce or do you just dollop it on top and eat the pasta plain-ish? As long as there is garlic bread involved, we aren't bothered!
Ever made a batch of mashed potato and felt rather gutted when it comes out too lumpy? We feel your pain! However, some of you crazy people love a bit of lumpy mash which isn't cream or smooth at all. One question...why? It's called mashed potato for a reason, get mashing!
What are your thoughts on the matter? Let us know in the comments below if you're a sugar lover, a lumpy mash lover or pizza fork hater! And just another thing, those of you who bite and chew ice cream aren't normal. Please, lick and let it melt a little, it makes our teeth shoot with sensitivity just watching!
Do you ever look at something and think 'that doesn't seem right?' a bit like when you spell your own name and your brain is just screaming NOOO! Well, just a bit of trivia for you, here are the things in the real world that look extremely wrong but are actually real. Are you ready to feel a tad uncomfortable?
This Stop Sign
This stop sign is reminding me of the low-key teacher at school who really couldn't care less or your older brother who told you not to do something but in reality, couldn't care less. The temptation of not stopping because the sign is so chill is rather bad. Maybe we're overthinking the situation...

As part of LGBT, Skittles decided to create white only sweets to prove that everyone is equal no matter what. The idea was incredible and had some great comments but we can't help but think it looks a tad weird? Imagine if we started sending out white Gookie Dough? What if you got the flavour you hated? One cannot taste the rainbow.
Subway Gone AWOL
Why is the red making me angrier and certainly not hungry? You had one job, Subway! When you have something good, you don't throw it away (okay, we'll stop with the relationship counselling). I don't know what crazy guy decided to do this but it's like those fake 'Asda' supermarkets you see in Greece 😂.
Only in America will you find the McDonald's logo in the form of a chip. We're unsure whether the Skittle guy was involved with that and the whole 'taste the rainbow' situation, just to get inside our heads even more! Would you trust this McDonald's? If you would then you're insane, this shouldn't be legal!
Feel uncomfortable? Grab a tub of Gookie Dough and type in 'puppies do funny things' on Youtube. You won't be disappointed!
I guess you could say it's kinda odd talking about fruit on a site that is dedicated to cookie dough, however, we're all for a balanced diet (and Gookie Dough with strawberries is rather delicious). We've brought to you some useless facts about fruit that you can tell everyone in the office, let's begin!
Tomatoes are the most popular fruit in the world
To be fair, we're still getting our heads around the fact that tomatoes are actually a fruit, let alone being the most popular. They definitely have the Marmite factor. You either love them or hate them. But looking through many recipes it makes sense. How often do you cook a meal without adding some tomatoes? 60 million tonnes f tomatoes are produced per year. Wow.

Originally, the word 'pineapple' was used to refer to pinecones. But when Europeans (hello) first came across the fruit in America, they called them pineapples because they looked like pinecones. Pineapples aren't even a fruit. In fact, they're a group of berries which are fused together around a stalk. Mind blown!
Figs aren't vegan
Sounds a bit extreme. The story goes something like this. The fig wasp reproduces by laying eggs in the inward-facing fig flower where they lay down and die inside the flower. The eggs then hatch and the males will breed with the females and chew a hole in the flower where the females will escape. Usually, the flowers don't develop into fruits. However, sometimes the wasp will lay eggs in the wrong kind of flower which means that it's eventually digested by the enzymes as the flower turns into the fruit you pop into your morning porridge. Just call us David Attenborough.
Oranges aren't orange?
The colour orange was named after the fruit and not vice versa. Before the invention of the word 'orange', things that were orange were named as 'saffron' or red which explains why we call people redheads instead of orange heads.
This is bananas
Did you know that you technically wear banana? A fabric made of banana fibres called Bashofu has been made in Japan for centuries. It's biodegradable and a sustainable fabric compared to silk or cotton and also takes less energy to produce. The fibres are taken from the tress where they will be woven together to make cloth.
