Gookie Dough Spiked Shakes

This one is for the adults, sorry kids! Today we're dreaming of a glass of Bailey's in our hand. But what would be better than that? Mixing it with Gookie Dough to make the most gorgeous milkshake, adult style. Yes, that's right, the kids won't be stealing your creation this time. We love a bit of 'me' time.

You will need:

170g of coffee flavoured ice cream

375ml of milk

125ml of Irish cream liqueur (Bailey's)

Two large chip cookies, plus one more (use Gookie Dough original flavour and bake)

Six ice cubes

Directions:

Take your Gookie Dough and roll a ball about the size of your palm and pop it on parchment paper. Make sure you do this two more times so you have three cookies. Pop in the oven for 10 minutes on 170 degrees Celcius and let them cool. Once cooled, pop all of your ingredients into a blender and process until the mixture is almost smooth. Leave some small pieces of cookie because this makes it extra delicious! Pour into a glass and crumble more cookie pieces on top. Feel free to get fancy and add whipped cream and sprinkles, we won't blame you!

Spiked shakes for the win, who cares if you drink the whole lot to yourself, sometimes sharing gets boring and you need to indulge. Of course, please drink sensibly and enjoy! (Recipe and image credit to How Sweet Eats).
