First of all, grab your favourite mug and ensure that it's microwave safe. Crack your egg into the mug and then add the three tablespoons of brown sugar. Add all the flour and mix slightly and then add your butter. Then sprinkle the chocolate chips in. Grab a spoon and mix your mixture together until it is well combined.

Microwave your cake for 1 to 2 and a half minutes depending on the wattage. Ensure that the top centre of the cake has set properly. Get your ice cream scoop and place a dollop on top of your baked cake and then place your Gookie Dough mini balls to decorate. Ultimate cookie dough goodness which is whipped up in five minutes max!

To mix it up a bit you can even add cocoa powder and caramel sauce, this recipe is so easy to adapt so you can make your own concoction. Moreish, delicious and rich! You can thank us later. Maybe add a glass of wine into the mix?! Goals. *Recipe inspiration from Babble*
