You will need:

Two monster tubs of Gookie Dough in a flavour of your choice

Extra chocolate chips (however many you'd like)

100g plus of other cookie fillings or toppings (this could be pretzels, chocolate pieces, candy, fudge, sprinkles, ANYTHING!)

Vanilla ice cream to serve

Directions

Take your Gookie Dough tubs out of the fridge and leave them at room temperature out of the way of direct sunlight for a few hours. This will give the dough a chance to soften and will be easier to spread around the pan. Lightly butter a 25cm ovenproof frying pan and spoon in and flatten your Gookie Dough mixture. For a gooey dessert, bake on 180 degrees Celcius for 10-12 minutes. Leave to rest for five minutes and then scoop straight from the pan and serve with ice cream. For a firmer Gookie, you can cut, bake for 15-17 minutes and leave to cool completely before slicing into wedges.

Easy, gooey, scrummy and tastebud tingling. A simple dessert perfect for a night in of indulgence with the girls or for getting social with a glass of red and a perfect dinner party end. Whatever your occasion, Gookie Dough is here. *Recipe adapted from BBC Good Food*
