Gookie Dough Cannolis

Seriously indulgent and not for the faint-hearted. Stuffed with gorgeous buttery, sugary Gookie Dough goodness, you cannot resist, and the textures of crunchy yet smooth are mouthwatering. No-bake is perfect when you're not the best baker in the world and can't be bothered with tonnes of effort! Serve these Gookie Dough cannolis alongside your favourite flavour of ice cream. Purely divine.

Where can I find these cannoli shells? I hear you asking! You can usually find these in the supermarket, but whereabouts will vary. For example, sometimes they will be found in the frozen aisle, other times in the bakery or in the baking aisle. If you can't see them, you can either buy them online or try a cake cone instead of a different taste. Better yet, try making your own!

You will need:

Ten pre-made cannoli shells

Gookie Dough in a flavour of your choice

Icing sugar for dusting

A handful of chocolate chips

Instructions:

Place your Gookie Dough out at room temperature, so it softens and is easier to work with, this should take a couple of hours. Then place the Gookie Dough into a Ziploc bag and seal out the air. Snip the corner of the bag with scissors and pipe the filling into each of the cannoli shells.

Sprinkle the ends of the shell with your chocolate chips and dust with powdered sugar. These simple treats are best served immediately because the shells will become softer over time.
Just a little PS message. Us Brits may be wondering what a cannoli actually is. Think of brandy snaps. They're basically small deep-fried pastry tubes which are filled with a creamy filling. Perfection, I'll take the whole batch!
Enjoy!
