Firstly, line a baking tray with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius. Take one ball of Gookie Dough of each flavour and roll out in the palm of your hand then place on the prepared tray. Do this until the tray is full and ensure you provide enough room so they can spread out evenly. Pop them in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Take your skewer and start popping marshmallows onto them along with chopped up bananas and strawberries. Take some Gookie Dough and roll into balls and also pop onto the skewer for super yumminess. When the cookies in the oven are cooked, allow them to cool and then also add onto the skewer. Top with melted chocolate drizzle. Do this by taking a spoon and going along each skewer. Allow to set and eat straight away for the best taste.
Perfect for a cocktail night with the girls, a BBQ or your little one's birthday party. Who are we kidding? We're just going to make them and devour all of them in front of the TV. Forget socialising, we've had a busy week (plus have you seen all the new TV series that are making an appearance this month?)!
