Marbled Gookie Dough Cookies

Think about the edible version of Ying and Yang. One half is black and the other half is white. These marbled cookies scream oh so good but oh so bad vibes. Trust us, you won't be able to resist.

You will need:

One tub of Gookie Dough in original

One tub of Gookie Dough in triple chocolate fudge

Almond extract

Directions

Line a baking tray with parchment paper and put to one side. Take your Gookie Dough out of the fridge and leave out in room temperature for an hour or so until it has softened and is easier to work with.

In one bowl, put the whole tub of original Gookie Dough in and soften with your hands. Then, in a second bowl, put the triple chocolate fudge into the bowl and add one teaspoon of almond extract, mix thoroughly.

Tip one of the cookie doughs so they're both in one bowl and gently fold together. It's important to not over mix the dough as they will combine too much and we're aiming for a marbled pattern. Then pop into the fridge for 20 minutes to set.

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees and place teaspoon sized balls on a baking tray which are three centimetres apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and allow to cool.

Not only is marble 10/10 in when it comes to your Instagram but now it's also gorgeously tasty. The original dough has the added kick of chocolate chips and the chocolate dough with the almond extract gives a super nutty twist. Dessert is served. Just a quick Tuesday reminder, calories don't count, numbers aren't worth it!
